At Heir, we want your home to be a sanctuary of comfort and style. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
